NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD December 4, 2006 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change application from David Sparks to change two parcels from Rural General Commercial to Urban Commercial 2 for property located north of I-90 and east of the Moses Lake city limits and is a portion of the northeast quarter of S 31, T 19 N, R 29 E, W M (Parcel nos. 2111772000 and 211771000). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
