NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District will meet on the twelfth (12th) day of December, 2006 at the office of the District at 55 North 8th Avenue, Othello, Washington, at 10:00 a.m. acting as a Board of Equalization to equalize the assessment roll for 2007. From the date of publication until the date of said meeting, the assessment roll will be at the office of the Secretary at the above address for inspection by all persons interested.
The Board will, on said day, hear and determine such objections to the said assessment roll as may come before it and shall continue in session from day to day as long as may be necessary for a period not to exceed then (10) days, exclusive of Sunday.
