NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Commissioners in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, Court House, Ephrata, Washington on Wednesday, November 29th, 2006 at 3:00 pm.
The purpose of the public hearing is to review community development and housing needs, inform citizens of the availability of funds and eligible uses of the state Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and receive comments on proposed activities, particularly from low-and moderate-income persons and persons residing in the Grant, Adams, and Lincoln County Areas.
$170,844.00 will be available to Grant County and the North Columbia Community Action Council (NCCAC) to fund public service activities that principally benefit low-and moderate-income persons.
