George Dixon Shambrook

George Dixon Shambrook was born to Oregon pioneer families Sept. 25, 1914. He died at home in peace and dignity Nov. 2, 2006.

His wife Betty, his daughters Barbara Guizzetti (Jim) and Nancy McFarland (Brian), his seven grandchildren and great-grandchildren miss him.

Memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 10, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 10630 Gravelly Lake Drive, Lakewood, Wash., at 11 a.m.
