2007 Budget Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the preliminary budget for the Port of Warden (Grant County Port District #8) has been prepared and placed on file by the Board of Commissioners of said Port District, which would include the implementation of the Port's Tax Levy. A copy of the said budget will be furnished to any District Tax Payer or voter by calling the Port Office and leaving name & address. (509)349-2480) The Board of Commissioners will meet on Tuesday November 14, 2005 at 7:00 PM local time at the Port's office located upstairs in Warden City Hall (201 S Ash - Use back door) for the purpose of conducting a Public Hearing and adopting a final budget for the calendar year 2007. NOTICE OF INDUSTRIAL WATER DISCHARGE PERMIT APPLICATION AND PROPOSED PERMIT NO. ST-5386
TAKE NOTICE:
Ochoa Foods, located in Warden, Washington, has applied for a renewal of State Waste Discharge Permit No. ST-5386 according to the provisions of Chapter 90.48 RCW and Chapter 173-216 WAC. The permit will allow the discharge of process wastewater associated with their potato processing facility to the city of Warden's industrial wastewater treatment facility. The maximum daily discharge from the processing facility is approximately 965,000 gallons per day. Final treatment is via spray irrigation from the industrial wastewater treatment facility.
Interested agencies, organizations or persons desiring to express their views or to be notified of the Department's action on this application and subsequent permit should notify, in writing: Water Quality Permit Coordinator, Department of Ecology, 4601 N. Monroe St., Spokane, WA 99205, of their interest within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice.

Investments, Inc, Chen, Et al of 5200 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188 (206) 241-8000 to amend the Grant County Unified Development Code chapter 24.12 - Shoreline Master Program. PROJECT: To amend the Grant County Unified Development Code chapter 24.12 - Shoreline Master Program by changing a portion of the Moses Lake Shoreline Environment from a Rural Shoreline Designation to a Suburban Shoreline Designation.
