Noe Montemayor

Noe Montemayor, 88, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006 ,at St. Joseph Hospital in Tacoma. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30, at Kayser's Chapel of Memories with Pastor Deverett Butrick of the Evangelical Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake.

Noe was born on Feb. 16, 1918, to Andres A. and Sofia (Guerrero) Montemayor in Gonzalez, Texas.

Noe is survived by two sons, Andres A. Montemayor and Elida, Moses Lake, Noe Montemayor, Jr., Raleigh, N.C. and six daughters, Flora and Noe Garza, Tacoma, Priscilla Marroquin, Quincy, Nora and Allen Mowatt, Helena, Mont., Sonia and Manuel Alonzo, Othello, Sandra and Benito Saldana, Rio Grande City, Texas, Liza and Carlos Douglas, McAllen, Texas.

Noe is preceded by his wife Josefa Patino Montemayor and daughter Noemi G. Moncada.
