Philip W. Adolf

Philip W. Adolf passed away in Moses Lake on May 26, 2006 at the age of 82.

Phil was born May 3, 1924 in Bethune, Colo. He met and married the love of his life, Esther Lapp on Nov. 27, 1946. They raised three daughters: Barbara, Judy and Susan. He was blessed with eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Phil was very proud to have spent his life being a farmer on the Royal Slope.

His greatest joy in life was his family and love of God. He will be missed more than words can adequately express.

He was preceded in death by his mother Mae, father Chris, two sisters — Mildred and Irene and two brothers — George and Dale.

He is survived by his wife Esther, children Barbara Perdue, Judy Schwartz and Susan Hall and three sisters, Lois Houle, Betty Brownawell and Helen Colby.

Memorial services were held Tuesday, May 30 at Grace Lutheran Church on Nelson Road, Moses Lake.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that remembrance be made to the American Diabetes Society.

Gravesite service to be held Friday, June 2, 2006 at Reservation Community Memorial Park at 1p.m.
