An ordinance amending Chapter 18.78 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Personal Wireless Service Facilities"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which reduces the setback requirement from residential structures, schools, or residentially zoned property to 100'.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 23, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
