An ordinance amending Chapter 17.17 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Major Subdivisions"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which reduces the maintenance bond amount.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 23, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
