REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

In accordance with State Law, the City of Moses Lake hereby gives the following public notice:

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ's) are requested from firms interested in providing engineering services to assist the City of Moses Lake with the development of a water softening plant to serve industries. Tasks include determining the feasibility for multi-users, location, construction and operational costs, and preparing the plans and specifications.

Firms interested in providing professional engineering services for this work must submit a letter of interest, federal form 330 and resumes for the key people that will be involved on this project. All project work must be in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes and ordinances, and must be stamped by an engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 12 double-sided pages, not including form 330. Submit three copies of the SOQ to Mr. Gary Harer, PE, City of Moses Lake, P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837. SOQ's must be received at the engineering counter at City Hall by 5:00 p.m. June 2, 2006, or postmarked by June 2, 2006. Please contact Gary Harer at (509) 766-9221 if you have any questions.
