An ordinance amending Chapter 8.04 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Fireworks"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which bans the sale and discharge of fireworks in the City of Moses Lake.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 9, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
