Notice of Application and Public Hearing
United Builders has submitted the Southgate Addition 4 Major Plat application on May 4, 2006. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on May 5, 2006. The proposal is to subdivide 3.54 acres into 15 residential lots in the R-1, Single Family Zone. The site is located east of Division and abuts the terminating point of Linden Avenue, Belair Drive, and Palo Verde Avenue. A SEPA checklist was required. The project has been determined to be Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code Title 18 Zoning, Title 14 Environmental Regulations, Title 17 Subdivisions, and Title 20 Development Review Process.
Written comments on this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on May 19, 2006 Public comment may be provided up to the date of the public hearing which is scheduled for June 15, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. In addition, persons who want to be informed of future actions or the final decision on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completion and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in Chapt. 20.11, Appeals.
