NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee, FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY under the terms of the Deed of Trust described below and at the direction of the Beneficiary, will on 06-09-06 , at 10:00 AM, AT THE MOSES LAKE POLICE JUSTICE BUILDING, 401 W. BALSAM ST., MOSES LAKE, WA will sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable in cash or certified funds at the time of sale, the real property with the assessor's property tax parcel no. 07-1423-000 , situated in the County of GRANT , State of Washington, to-wit: Lot 31, Royal City plat no. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 7 of plats, page 4, records of Grant County, Washington. Commonly known as: 236 Balsam Street NW, Royal City, WA 99357 which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated 06-25-2003, recorded 06-30-2003, under Auditor's File No. 1128350, records of GRANT County, Washington, from CARRASCO, FILADELFO M. AND CARRASCO, ROSA E. HUSBAND AND WIFE, , as Grantor(s), to CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY , as Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of BENEFICIAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, as Beneficiary. II. After receiving a request for a statement of all costs and fees due at any time prior to the sale from any person entitled to notice under RCW 61.24.040(1)(b) the Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide the requested statement in writing to such person.
