NOTICE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (Seller) will sell obsolete and surplus of 265 each oil-filled (less than 50ppm) miscellaneous electrical equipment and proper disposal of approximately 9,243 gallons of oil to the highest and best bidder (Buyer) are more fully described in contract document 180-2242. Interested parties are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on April 4, 2006 as required of Section 10 of the contract documents.
