You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to-wit: within sixty (60) days after the 23rd day of February, 2006, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled Court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff SN Commerical, LLC, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff SN Commercial, LLC, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.

The object of the above-entitled action is breach of contract, conversion, and declaratory relief, seeking judicial determination regarding the diversion of the insurance proceeds received by the defendants concerning the real property in Grant County, Washington, legally described as follows:

Lot 7, WALKER RUN ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof Recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 21, Records of Grant County, Washington.

and commonly known as: 6560 Chapparal Drive NE, Moses Lake, Washington 98837.
