NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD July 26, 2006 at 3:30 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Preliminary Subdivision application from Ron Gear and Robert Von Marbod, to subdivide two parcels into fifteen lots located in a portion of the NW1/2 of S 27, T 20 N, R 27 E, W M (parcel nos. 161682030 and 161682033). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
