PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD July 25, 2006 at 3:45 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a minor rezone request from the Port of Mattawa to change the zoning of a 146.720-acre parcel from Rural Remote to Agriculture Property located north of the Town of Mattawa in the NW 1/4 of the intersection of State Highway 243 and Rd 23-SW in a portion of S 27, T 15 N, R 23 E, W M (parcel no. 150195000). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
