Ordinance No. 2262

An ordinance creating Chapter 8.56 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Smoking and Tobacco Use Prohibited in City Parks:

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which prohibits smoking and the use of tobacco products in certain locations within the city's parks.

This ordinance, which was passed on June 27, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
