LEGAL NOTICE

The Grant County Board of Health will hold a public hearing in the Public Works meeting room at 124 Enterprise St. SE in Ephrata on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss and possibly adopt the procedure to evaluate requests from the Grant County Planning Department to determine the suitability of building sites for septic system installation and the availability of an approved water source for domestic use. Anyone wishing to comment regarding this matter should appear at the meeting.
