Raymond M. North

Raymond M. North, 85, of Ephrata passed away June 22 at his home in Ephrata. He was born June 5, 1921 to Raymond and Lillie North in Spokane.

Raymond married Lois D. Davis on Nov. 25, 1940 in Spokane.

He served his country in the Navy from Jan. 1944 to March 1945.

Raymond was self-employed as a farmer. Before he farmed he was employed as a cabinet maker.

He is survived by his wife Lois Deane North at home in Ephrata, his son David North of Ephrata and daughter Marie Hanson of Post Falls, Idaho. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 29 at 2 p.m. at Nicoles Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Ephrata Cemetery.
