Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the Port of Warden's regular meeting on July 12, 2006 at 7:00PM at City Hall 201 South Ash - Warden, WA 98857 (use back door) Subject for Public Hearing will be to take testimony on surplusing a portion of Port of Warden property located in the NE1/4 of SE1/4 Sec 9, Twn 17 N, Rge 30 EWM lying west of North County Road, Warden, Washington (approx. 5 acres) for sale to Lovins Inc/BFI Native Seeds / Jerry Benson & remove said property from the Port of Wardens Comprehensive Plan. Port is in the process of completing a Binding Site Plan on this 65-acre parcel. Depending on testimony received, Port plans on moving forward with said sale.
