Jimmie Jenson

Jimmie Jenson was born June 21, 1925 in Chickasha, Okla. Jimmie and her husband Murlen, moved to Moses Lake in 1962 from Visalia Calif. where they purchased a farm in block 42 and farmed for many years.

Jimmie enjoyed golfing, she was president of the Womans Golf Association at the Moses Lake Golf and Country Club. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, family time snow skiing. Jimmie and Murlen enjoyed traveling in their motor home to many areas of the U.S. She earned her pilot's license at age 50. She excelled in being a wife, mother and grandma.

She is survived by her loving husband Murlen Jenson; her daughter Terri Knopp and her husband Ron of Moses Lake; her son Mike Jenson and his wife Melody of Moses Lake; her daughter Cathy Broberg and husband Mike of Kenmore. Grandchildren: Curt Knopp, Craig Knopp, Michael and Helen Jenson, Dorothy and Joe Bridger, Tyler Mallory, Brittany Rogers, Austin Rogers, Kayleen Broberg, Douglas Broberg. Great-grandchildren: Stacie Jenson, Jazmyn Jenson, Maveryk Jenson, Josiah Bridger, Jeremiah Bridger, and Jaden Snyder.
