NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, WA at Ephrata, Washington until 2:30 P.M., on June 28, 2006 for the Paxson Drive Substation Construction Project as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-2208H.

On the above date, the Bids will be opened and read aloud at the District's Ephrata Contracting Department Office, 154 "A" Street S.E., Ephrata Washington, 98823. All bids shall be subject to and shall comply with the "Instructions to Bidders" contained in the Contract Documents. Copies are available to Prequalified Bidders only at the District's Ebid site http://grantpud.ebidsystems.com. Copies may also be obtained by Prequalified Bidders by contacting the Contract Officer listed below.
