LEGAL NOTICE

The State of Washington, Department of General Administration, Division of Facilities, Engineering & Architectural Services, has undertaken the Emergency Temporary Bracing at Kennedy Building at Washington School for the Blind by means other than bidding, all as set forth in Section 39.04.020, Revised Code of Washington.

The work will be performed under Project No. 2006-271 E (1-1) with Union Corner Construction Inc., 6500A NE St. Johns Road, Vancouver, WA 98661-1230.

The following is the estimate of cost for said work:

Materials $ 500.00

Labor $ 19,800.00

Equipment $ 1,500.00

Insurance $ 1,500.00

Overhead & Profit $ 3,500.00

SUBTOTAL $ 26,800.00

Sales Tax @ 8.1% $ 2,170.80

TOTAL ESTIMATED

AMOUNT $ 28,970.80
