NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 15, 2006 at 10:20 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Preliminary Plat application from the Meseberg Family to subdivide 38 parcels located on 49.8-acres in the Rural Community Zoning District. All lots are for residential development, and are located in a portion of the SE quarter of S 18, T 17 N, R 28 E, W M. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
