NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 15, 2006 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Preliminary Plat application from Clint Brown to subdivide five parcels totaling 166.66-acres in the Agricultural Zoning District. Location is a portion of the NE quarter of S 9, a portion of the W half of S 10, and a portion of the E half of the NW quarter of S 15, T 20 N, R 26 E, W M (Parcel #'s 160598000 and 160599000). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
