An ordinance zoning property to become effective upon annexation of the said property into the city

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which pre-zones property to be annexed into the city as Heavy Industrial.

This ordinance, which was passed on July 25, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
