Advertisement for Professional Architect Services

Grant County Fairgrounds is seeking interested Architect Design firms for Grant County Fairgrounds Project Design. First project will be Bathroom #9 which consists of area between 4-H, Commercial & Agriculture Buildings, bringing together ridgelines and creating firewalls, designing space for restroom areas and fuctionality of adjoining space. Additional complimentary components of first project are heating & cooling systems for 4-H & Commercial buildings, porticos for entrance doors, and storage and kitchen additions. Scope of work would include certified engineer plans with cost estimates, and construction schedule. Interested Firms should submit a brief Statement of Qualifications. Firms will be short-listed and evaluated on the following criteria;

? Submit a 254 Standard Architect - Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire

? Licensed in Washington State

? Experience with Local agencies in proposed work

? Proven ability and expertise to fast track the project.

? Experience in Grant County or Eastern Washington

? Experience with County Fairgrounds

? References - Three minimum

? Estimated Time of Completion

Conceptual ideas available upon request, see draft Master plan with proposals from Marketing Feasibility Study dated April, 2006 at www.grantcountyfair.com.
