Palisades Development Group, as Construction Manager for Dawn Village Limited Partners, is requesting bids from sub-contractors for a thirty (30) unit apartment rehabilitation project located in Ephrata, WA.

Plans and specifications are available at Palisades Development Group, Moses Lake, WA Contact Palisades office at (509)764-4306 to receive bid packets. Bids are to be mailed to Palisades Development Group, P.O. Box 1970, Moses Lake, WA 98837. All bids must be received no later than Friday July 28, 2006.

This project is funded in part by Washington State Housing Trust Fund. All related regulations and requirements will apply. Contractors must meet all qualifications for contracting and pay all employees prevailing wage.

Palisades Development Group has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities in the bids.
