Ordinance No. 2264

An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Motorized Foot Scooters"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which permits persons 12 years of age to operate a motorized foot scooter and prohibits any modifications of the scooter.

This ordinance, which was passed on July 11, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
