PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD July 25, 2006 at 10:30 am in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension for:

? Grant County Superior Court in the amount of $8,176.00 to purchase a photocopier; and

? Grant County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in the amount of $11,136.00 for the salary of the Crime Victim Investigator position.

Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
