SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF

TWO FISH BARRIER NETS

COULEE CITY, WASHINGTON

Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for annual services to install, clean and maintain two fish barrier nets for Banks Lake. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and in U.S. dollars. A Notice to Proceed will be issued on or about May 1, 2006.

The Grand Coulee Project Hydroelectric Authority (GCPHA) will receive sealed bids until 3:00 PM local time on February 14, 2006 at the GCPHA office, Room 305, located at 32 'C' Street NW, Ephrata, Washington 98823. Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time of announced opening will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

The Bidding Documents may be obtained by contacting the GCPHA office (telephone 509/754-2227).

GCPHA reserves the right to waive any irregularities as informalities and to reject any and all bids.
