Trustee's Sale No: 01-MS-40600 Loan No. 0072991979 I NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee, Regional Trustee Services Corporation, will on February 17, 2006, at the hour of 10:00am, at THE POLICE JUSTICE COURT BUILDING, 401 BALSAM STREET, MOSES LAKE, WA, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property situated in the County of Grant, State of Washington: THE NORTH 75 FREET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 45, SALOME, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 28, RECORDS OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
