LEGAL NOTICE
The Grant County Board of Health will hold a public hearing in the Public Works meeting room at 124 Enterprise St. SE in Ephrata on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to 1) adopt Ordinance 2006-1 which are the changes in the Food Ordinance related to I-901, 2) to discuss and possibly adopt the 25' rebuttal policy, 3) to discuss and possibly adopt the changes in the fee ordinance 4) to discuss and possibly adopt the policy regarding enforcement of smoking violations against non-food licensed establishments, including the ordinance to establish a hearing examiner to provide due process to policy violators. Anyone wishing to comment regarding this matter should appear at the meeting.
