An ordinance creating Chapter 17.34 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Open Space and Parks"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes a requirement for dedication of open space or a fee-in-lieu of dedication of open space for residential developments.

This ordinance, which was passed on February 14, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
