Simplot Company, located at 14124 Wheeler Road N.E., has applied for renewal of its State Waste Discharge Permit No. ST-5202 according to the provisions of Chapter 90.48 RCW and Chapter 173-216 WAC. The permit will allow the discharge of process wastewater associated with Simplot's potato facility onto land via spray irrigation. The sprayfields (approx. 7800 acres) are located within Township 19, and Range 29 and 30, and are owned by Messrs. Piper, Friehe, and Radach.
