Astor, LLP 305 E. 3rd Ave., Moses Lake, WA 98837 is seeking coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology's NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities.

The proposed 18 acre project, known as Westlake Shores is located in the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 19N, Range 38E, W.M. Grant County, WA in Moses Lake. Approximately 13 acres will be disturbed for construction of Lots, utilities, road, curb/gutter, sidewalk and stormwater facilities. Stormwater will be Filtered via haybales and site fencing, prior to discharging to exisiting catch basins in Sand Dune Road and Moses Lake.
