NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Riverview at Crescent Bar, LLC of Seattle, Washington has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the point of withdrawal, purpose and place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 2410.

That 2410 authorizes the withdrawal of 120 gallons per minute, 15 acre-feet per year, for the irrigation of three-(3) acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal (POW) is from one-(1) well located within the NW1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 18, T. 20 N., R. 23 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use (POU) is located within the NW1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 18, T. 20 N, R. 23 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the POW to two wells located as follows: 1) SE1/4SW1/4 (ALF 601) and 2) SE1/4SW1/4 (AKJ 636); BOTH WITHIN Sec. 18, T. 20 N., R. 23 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the POU to be described as: NW1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 18, T. 20 N., R. 23 E.W.M. and the area served by the Sunserra at Crescent Bar Water System WSID #AA745A.

That they propose to change the purpose of use to continuous municipal supply.

ALL WITHIN Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty- dollars ($50.00) recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty-(30) days from February 17, 2006.
