NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER PERMIT

TAKE NOTICE:

That Jerry K. Allred of Royal City, Washington has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change/transfer the Place of Use (POU) as granted under Ground Water Permit No. G3-29049P.

That G3-29049P authorizes the withdrawal of 500.0 gallons per minute, 175.0 acre-feet per year, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 50.0 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from two-(2) wells located as follows: 1) N1/2NE1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 13; 2) S1/2SE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 12; BOTH WITHIN T. 17 N., R. 24 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington.

That the authorized POU is described as: 50 acres within the N1/2NW1/4 of Sec. 13, T. 17 N., R. 24 E.W.M., lying northerly of the W61C Canal.

That he proposes to change the POU to be described as: 100.0 acres within both the N1/2NW1/4 of Sec. 13, lying northerly of the W61C Canal and west of Adams and M. Roads; AND the S1/2SW1/4 of Sec. 12, lying south of the canal W53.1E and west of Adams Road; BOTH WITHIN T. 17 N., R. 24 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty-(30) days from 02/09/06.
