Notice of Determination of Nonsignificance

The City of Warden Wastewater Treatment Facility is applying for coverage under the Statewide General Permit for Biosolids Management.

The City of Warden issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the above proposed action. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City, the City of Warden has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from the City of Warden, 201 S. Ash Street, Warden, WA, 98857 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Written comments can be submitted to the City of Warden no later than March 1, 2006.
