Small Works Roster

Grant County Hospital District No. 1, dba Samaritan Hospitals announces the establishment of a Small Works Roster pursuant to RCW 70.44.140 and RCW 39.04.155,to award public works contracts with a value of between five thousand dollars ($5,000) and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) that shall be set up independently for the following categories.

1. Framing/Sheet Rock/Finish Contractors

2. Mechanical Contractors

3. Electrical Contractors

4. Roofing contractors

5. Paving contractors

6. Landscaping contractors

7. Flooring contractors

All qualified, Licensed and bonded contractors wishing to be included on this small works roster should respond to Kerry Carpenter, Plant Services Director at Samaritan Hospital, 801 E. Wheeler Road, Moses lake, WA. 98837. Applications may be obtained at Samaritan Hospital Plant Services Department, (509) 766 9466.
