Notice of SEPA Appeal and Public Hearing

The City of Moses Lake is proposing to develop a site at 11789 Road 4 NE as the City's Operations Complex, including storage, maintenance shops, and offices. A Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) was issued for the project on January 11, 2006. An appeal of the DNS has been filed with the Community Development Department.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on both the SEPA Appeal and the Site Plan Review application on February 16, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. Interested parties are invited to attend and provide comment. Information related to this application is available for review at no charge at 321 S. Balsam Street.
