I.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on the 22nd day of December 2006, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. inside the main lobby of the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW in the City of Ephrata, State of Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Grant, State of Washington, to-wit:

Legal Description: Lots 49, 50, 51, 52, and 53, Block 11, Electric City, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, Page 81, records of Grant County, Washington.

AND

Lots 20, 21, 22, 23 and the South half of Lot 24, Block 11, Electric City, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, Page 81, records of Grant County, Washington, lying southerly of the southerly boundary line of Coulee Blvd., EXCEPT those portions conveyed to the United States of America by Deeds recorded under Auditor's File Nos. 143576, 143691, and 148352.

which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated February 7, 2005, recorded on May 16, 2005 under Auditor's File No. 1169379, records of Grant County, Washington, from Terry L. Ayres, a single person as Grantor, to Stewart Title Guaranty Company, as Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of Helen S. Clark and Richard A. Clark, wife and husband, as Beneficiaries.

II.

No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Borrower's or Grantor's default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust.

The sum owing on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust is: Principal $150,000.00, together with interest as provided in the note or other instrument secured from the 7th day of August, 2005, and such other costs and fees as are due under the note or other instrument secured, and as are provided by statute.

V.

The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances on the 22nd day of December, 2006. The default(s) referred to in paragraph III must be cured by the 11th day of December, 2006 (11 days before the sale date), to cause a discontinuance of the sale. The sale will be discontinued and terminated if at any time on or before the 11th day of December, 2006 (11 days before the sale date), the default(s) as set forth in paragraph III is/are cured and the Trustee's fees and costs are paid. The sale may be terminated any time after the 11th day of December, 2006 (11 days before the sale date), and before the sale by the Borrower, Grantor, any Guarantor, or the holder of any recorded junior lien or encumbrance paying the entire principal and interest secured by the Deed of Trust, plus costs, fees, and advances, if any, made pursuant to the terms of the obligation and/or Deed of Trust, and curing all other defaults.

VII.

The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it, a statement of all costs and fees due at any time prior to the sale.

VIII.

The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through, or under the Grantor of all their interest in the above-described property.

IX.

Anyone having any objection to the sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee's sale.

X.

NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS - The purchaser at the Trustee's Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the deed of trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the deed of trust, including occupants and tenants. After the 20th day following the sale the purchaser has the right to evict occupants and tenants by summary proceedings under the unlawful detainer act, Chapter 59.12 RCW.

The Northwest Justice Project receives primary funding from the state and through the federal Legal Services Corporation and maintains 10+ offices throughout Washington State.

These public meetings generally commence at 9:30 a.m. While they are usually held in Seattle for cost economy reasons, and to accommodate board member travel, specific meeting sites may vary from meeting to meeting based on space availability or other program purposes. All meetings are open, except that limited portions may be closed, pursuant to a vote of a majority of the Board of Directors, to hold an executive session. In such sessions, the Board reviews, considers and, in some cases, votes upon matters related to: 1) litigation to which the program is or may become a party; or 2) internal personnel, operational, investigative and sensitive labor relations matters. Any such closed sessions will be as authorized by pertinent laws and regulations and will be duly noted, in summary form, in open session and corresponding minutes. Closed sessions will also be formally certified by the program's Executive Director or General Counsel as authorized. A copy of the certification will be maintained for public inspection at the program's main office located at 401 Second Avenue South, Suite 407, Seattle, Washington 98104, and will be otherwise available upon request.

City of Moses Lake

Notice of Application, Completeness,

and Public Hearing

The City of Moses Lake applied for a Site Plan Review on December 4, 2006. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on December 6, 2006. The proposal is to expand the Moses Lake Family Aquatic Center by adding a 2,200 square foot bath house/ concession building with associated decking and fencing for three new water features: a 1,600 square foot "Flow Rider" artificial wave ride, a 300 foot long by 12 foot wide "Lazy River" meandering canal, and a 700 foot "Spray Pad" interactive children's fountain. The site is located in a (P) Public zone. The site is located at 401 W. Fourth Avenue and the property is described as Lot 1, of the McCosh Park Plat. The project has been determined to the Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the following Development Regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code 18.35.

The Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on January 11, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 S. Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment. Written comments on this project, from the public, will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on January 11, 2007. Submit written comments by mail to City of Moses Lake, Community Development Department, P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837, refer to project name, and include your name and address.

Anyone who wants to be informed of future actions or the final decision on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in Moses Lake Municipal Code Chapter. 20.11, Appeals.
