Moses Lake moving company recognized

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Talk about a "crowning" achievement.

Moses Lake-based Crown Moving Company, Inc., was recently honored by national household goods carrier Mayflower Transit for exceptional professional performance.

The recognition came during Mayflower's 2006 convention, held in Colorado Springs, Colo., with more than 400 Mayflower representatives in attendance.

Crown Moving Company received the IMPACT Award, recognizing agents who made a positive impact in the area of cargo claims reduction and prevention, as measured by cargo claims liability percentages.

Announcement of the recognition, made during the van line's annual awards program, was made by Mayflower President Richard H. McClure.
