PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

| August 30, 2006 9:00 PM

The City of Moses Lake is proposing an ordinance to adjust zoning district boundaries on the Official Zoning Map. Currently, three zoning district boundaries cross through lots instead of along lot boundaries. Two boundary adjustments will correct that situation affecting lots in the Alderwood Drive-Pioneer Way-Grand Drive-Nelson Road block. Another adjustment will correct that situation affecting two lots between Laguna Drive and Sandalwood Drive, 400'-500' south of Sage Road. The adjustments will conform to amendments of the city's comprehensive land use plan.

Written comments will be accepted until 5 p.m., September 14, 2006. Comments may be mailed to Dale Schulze, City of Moses Lake Community Development Department, P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837; delivered to the Planning and Building counter at City Hall, 321 S. Balsam St.; faxed to (509) 766-9392, attention Dale Schulze; or e-mailed to dschulze@ci.moses-lake.wa.us. The public is invited to testify at a public hearing which the City of Moses Lake Planning Commission will hold at its regular September 14, 2006 meeting at 7 p.m. in the City Council chambers at 401 S.
