Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Plat and SEPA Checklist were received on July 7, 2006 from Desert Aire Associates, P.O. Box 3701, Everett, WA 425-259-2172 Contact Person: Forsgren Associates, Inc., 112 Olds Station Rd, Suite A, Wenatchee, WA 98801 (509-667-1426) and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 21, 2006. PROJECT: A preliminary subdivision of land totalling ~7.45 acres into eleven (11) lots located in the Rural Village Residential 1 (RVR1) Zone of Grant County. All 11 lots will have residential development capacity. SEPA: SEPA MDNS issued August 23, 2006. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: In a portion the East 1/2 of S. 22 and West 1/2 of S. 23, T. 14, N, R 23 E. WM, Grant County, Washington. Assessor Parcel #02-1688-514 ZONING: Rural Village Residential - 1. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission hearing, 7 pm, October 4, 2006 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Copies of the application materials (File #06-4484) are available from Dorothy Black at the Grant County Planning Department at 32 C St. NW, Room 26a, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 625; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm September 15, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Subdivision and SEPA Determination.
