NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND SEPA MDNS
Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit) and SEPA Checklist were received on June 13, 2006 from Kevin & Barbara Phillips & Jessie Painter, 5720 Panorama Dr., NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-770-9860); and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 22, 2006. PROJECT: The construction of an 10' wide x 16' long cantilevered dock anchored into a 12' wide by 4' deep x 4' tall concrete ballast landward of the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM), along with an 9' x 10' boatlift. Also included is an after the fact 16' x approx 200' access path which starts at the west side of the lot and then crosses to the east for access to Moses Lake SEPA: MDNS issued August 23, 2006. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 5720 Panorama Dr. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837 and is a portion of SE 1/4 of S. 36, T. 20 N., R. 27 E., WM Grant County, WA. Assessors Parcel 16-1746-017 SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Suburban. ZONING: Shoreline Development 2. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 625; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm September 30, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the SEPA MDNS and Shoreline Permits.
