NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that a Utility Easement Extinguishment/Alteration was received on August 4, 2006 from Connie Lewis, 2914-99th Ave. N.E., Lake Stevens, WA 98258; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 24, 2006. PROJECT: The vacation of the 5 foot Utility Easements located on each side of the common lot line between a portion of Lot 128 and Lot 129, Desert Aire, Division #1. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Lot Consolidation. STUDIES REQUIRED: Utility Locate. LOCATION #6186907: The subject area includes a portion of Lot 128 and Lot 129, Desert Aire, Division #1 in a portion of S. 22, T. 14 N, R. 23 E, W.M., Grant County, Washington. (Parcel #02-0153-000 & 02-0154-000) ZONING: Rural Village Residential. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. Copies of the application materials (File #064590) are available from the Grant County Planning Department at 32 C St. NW, Room 26a, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 396; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm September 15, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
