NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND SEPA MDNS

Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit) and SEPA Checklist were received on July 10, 2006 from Dan Goan (Designated Contact: Eldon Broughton, 2403 Westshore Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-750-9051); and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 9, 2006. PROJECT: The construction of a 65' L-shaped dock structure comprised of a 6' wide x 55' long freestanding boardwalk connected to a 10' x 20' freestanding dock. The project also includes the Personal Water Craft lift attached to the dock and a 9' x 8' boatlift. SEPA: MDNS issued on August 9, 2006. LOCATION: The site address of the subject area is 2435 H.4 Road NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837 also known as Lot #13 of the Lakeshores West Major Plat, located in a portion of the SW 1/4 of S 21, T 19 N., R 28 E., WM. Grant County, WA. Parcel #12-0294-212. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Suburban. ZONING: Urban Residential-3. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm September 27, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the SEPA MDNS and Shoreline Permit.
