Notice is hereby given that request for Variance received August 3, 2006 from George & Thelma Treperinas (Designated Contact: Max Knauss, 905 Fairview St. NW, Ephrata, WA 98823) was found technically complete and preliminarily appears consistent with UDC and other applicable state and local requirements as of August 21, 2006. PROJECT: Proponents are seeking Variance to 20-ft. front setback requirement as defined in UDC 23.12, Table 3. Proponents would like to construct a 1200 sq. ft. detached garage with 5-ft. front setback. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: Subject parcel is 32352 Lakeview Rd. NE, Coulee City, WA, in SE quarter of S.20, T.24N, R.27.E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #07-0947-000). ZONING: Shoreline Development 3. Required mitigation will be pursuant to UDC. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment hearing, 7 pm, October 11, 2006, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
